The amount of silicon you need depends on the concentration and bioavailability of the product you use. In general, taking a dosage of 20-30 mg a day has shown to be effective in a broad spectrum of issues. Dosage also depends on the issue you’re trying to improve and its severity. You’ll find more in-depth information on specific conditions in the drop-down categories.
Topical/gel application is highly recommended to accelerate regeneration and exert an anti-inflammatory effect. For muscle pain, it helps to apply the gel wrapped in transparent film in the affected region throughout the night as it significantly multiplies the efficacy of the product.

How Often Should You Take Silica?

There are two standard ways of using silica that can be adjusted to each specific case:

1. Maintenance Intake

The maintenance intake is based on providing an amount of silica that will be able to compensate for the potential silica deficiency in your current diet. People who don’t get enough silica from their diet should take the maintenance amount.

The maintenance dose is 30 mg in two doses i.e. twice daily, to be taken 15 minutes before a meal.

2. Intensive Shooting

This is the recommended dosage for individuals with health problems associated with silica deficiency for a period of 3 months.

The intensive shooting dosage includes 90 to 120 mg of silica per day depending on the severity of your condition. The dosage should be divided into three shots, for example, three 30 mg shots, to be taken 15 minutes before a meal.

How to Use Silica

The following are some ways you can utilize silica in your daily life to enjoy its health benefits:

Compresses (Liquid Silica)

To use the liquid silica, soak a piece of cotton or gauze in the liquid silica and apply it to the affected area. To prevent the product from evaporating, wrap the affected area with the soaked cotton or gauze with plastic film. This will help secure the cotton in plastic without the need for adhesive tape.

If possible, keep the product on throughout the night, or for at least 1 to 2 hours. You may feel odd sensations, such as heat and cold for a few minutes. This is completely normal and is no cause for concern. Some people may not have any sensations following the use of the liquid silica, but this doesn’t mean that the product isn’t working.

Poultice (Liquid Silica)

Measure the area to be treated and soak an appropriate size piece of cotton or gauze into liquid silica. Fix the set on the affected region and leave it on for at least 20 minutes, or until dry. After 20 minutes, remove the poultice and allow the skin to dry in open air. You can repeat this procedure as many times necessary, if the discomfort or pain persists.

Unions ((Liquid Silica)

Soak a piece of cotton or gauze in liquid silica and wet the surface to be treated with slight touches.

Vaporization (Liquid Silica)

Fill a clean empty sprayer bottle with liquid silica and spray the entire surface to be treated with the product. Allow to dry in open air or massage lightly until the product has fully penetrated. Repeat the procedure several times to reap positive results.

Inhalers/Nebulizers (Liquid Silica)

Add 30 ml of liquid silica into the cup of your breathing device and inhale cold steam for 15 to 20 minutes, 1-2 times a day. This is a great technique for improving colds, asthma, emphysema and pulmonary diseases.

Using Silica Gel

To use silicon gel, apply a thin layer of the product and wait for 5 minutes without touching the affected region. After 5 minutes, massage the affected region to ensure complete gel penetration. You can repeat this procedure as many times as necessary.

If redness occurs, stop treatment for a few days. After 30 minutes of each application, avoid exposing the treated area of the skin to corrosive or toxic substances, such as household detergents and insecticides.

Here are answers to some common questions regarding silica and liquid silica use.

Q. How can I adapt to a particular dosage?

A. In most cases, taking the recommended 30 mg per day can benefit you in many ways, such as improving your sleep and appetite, increasing your energy, boosting your nervous balance and so on. Your first intake of the product should preferably be in the morning on an empty stomach and the remainder, twenty minutes before your next meal (lunch or dinner). It is advisable to keep the product in the mouth for at least one minute before swallowing. Keep in mind that you must follow the intake without interruption for a month.

It is recommended to start with 15 mg per day (half dose cup) and increase the dosage as you progress. By the end of the month, you should be able to decide whether the dosage is enough or should be reduced or increased based on your requirements and complementary treatments.

As a general rule, if you haven’t noticed any improvement with your problem, we recommend increasing your dosage. For severer conditions, the daily dose may have to be increased up to 60 to 200 mg.

If you’re getting therapy for any condition, it’s good to know that genuine liquid silica is compatible with any ongoing treatment. If you are taking any medical or homeopathic medicine, it is advised that you take them separately to ensure the effectiveness of the liquid silica. It is common to feel itching or a sensation of heat in the body but in most cases, such symptoms dissipate within just a few minutes.

Q. When should we take liquid silica?

A. The most appropriate time of day to take liquid silica is before meals, specifically 15 minutes before a meal or on an empty stomach. In addition, the shots should be divided throughout the day for maximum assimilation. This technique is based on chrono-nutrition, which studies the hours of the day in which a nutrient is better assimilated.

Silica is generally safe to use in infants, children and adolescents. For children and infants, dosage should be proportional to their weight. It’s also safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Silica presents a high degree of tolerance as it’s essentially a dietary supplement that provides a bioavailable form of silicon for the body. There are no side effects attached to the product, even after use for several consecutive years.

Silica does not affect metal dental pieces of prostheses. Its acute oral toxicity was tested and it was determined that the complete absence of toxicity makes it absolutely safe for human use.

Studies also show that liquid silica does not have any inhibiting or enhancing effect on other drugs or supplements when taken simultaneously for different health conditions. Therefore, it is completely compatible with other medications and dietary supplements. However, it is recommended that you don’t have both at the same time as this could alter the efficacy of liquid silica. You can take the silica one hour before or after taking the medicine or dietary supplement.
